Tried to exchange a calor gas bottle, but was told I can only purchase mid morning as only 1 member of staff on, and only the manager has the key to cage storage, never used to be like this, get them somewhere else now.

Management really need to retook at their stock levels. Not once have they had any of their sandwiches in stock when I try ordering on the Uber eats app. Every time without fail, it gets removed as there’s supposedly none left. This isn’t just one sandwich per order, I always order two knowing fine well that one won’t be in stock. But recently it’s been both consistently. Either the staff can’t be bothered walking over to grab the sandwiches, or they are failing to stock up.

Decent service station, clean, well stocked. Bloody expensive but that's par for the course.

There is an issue with how they store their plastic waste. Whenever it gets windy, the wrappers that hold bottled drinks blow down the embankment next to the service station. I have drawn this to the attention of staff but it is still happening unfortunately and plastic wrappers are stored outside in a cage with no lid.

As you'd expect from shell, plenty of pumps and space, sells V power as well as standard fuels. Shop on the large side for a filling station. Jet wash pressure is quite poor and wont remove dirt from a car even at point blank range.

Normally very clean, well stocked and well run. This station gives you a premier experience compared to the other local stations. The Staff have always been very friendly and helpful!
It's a nice place...I spent here 20 min trying to pry open the cap which was stuck. Finally refueled by spraying diesel everywhere. Nobody complained :)))))
