DisgustingNever have I ever had mushrooms in a chicken chow mein ( nor was it on the menu saying that it did) , the whole dish looked awful, the chicken I didn’t even dare to try it. The noodles reminded me of soggy super noodles! The salt and Pepper chips were extremely mediocre. The fried rice looked more like boiled than fried! We have eaten from here before but was never this bad! Will NOT be ordering again!

Had a couple of takeaways off them and they’ve been prompt, hot and tasty.

What a surprise to have an authentic Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood! The crispy duck was so crisp and came with wraps, plum sauce and cucumbers. The eggplant was fragrant and saucy. The wonton soup was somewhat bland. The bean curd wrap was just like home-made.But they only accept cash and I wish they could accept credit cards.

Let me start by saying the woman on the phone was really nice, I was really looking forward to eating. I should have read the reviews before ordering honestly.Worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had. Really really bad. We had two chicken chow mein, chicken satay, veg fried rice and chicken curry. The only thing with any flavour whatsoever were the spicy chips, and even at that they were a bit soggy. The chicken looked like it had been boiled in a big pot and thrown in with the overdone noodles and some veg to create what should have been chow mein. Not even any salt in it. Satay was watery and had no flavour, as was the chicken curry. Veg fried rice was dry.Do not order from here.

Used to be better, hope it can return to previous highs. Bamboo shoots had strange aftertaste - will be avoiding dishes containing these IE vegetarian szechuan and chow mein

Coin toss if your foods going to be cooked right, with three separate cases of food poisoning from this place in the past couple months I'm about done giving it second chances.

My chow Mein seemed like boiled up noodles veg and duck. I could not finish the dish.
Rather average tbf. Food felt like reheats. Chose here because it was within a mile from where we were staying. Would probably try somewhere different next time we visit.

So the experience I’ve had is somebody taking my order leaving me convinced I’d soon be eating beef chow Mein only to be told after taking it all in that they only except cash. Two things firstly it’s 2023 how are they functioning without accepting any form of electronic payment I mean I’d be embarrassed to be part of this backwards way of doing business. Secondly this should have been the first thing I was told before I fired off two sets of orders. Seriously what the hell

Quite possibly the best Chinese food I've eaten not just from a takeaway but ever. The mapo tofu, the aubergine and fish sauce, the wood ear mushroom and the dumplings in spicy sauce ??? how this team aren't running an epic restaurant is a crime against great food! I will happily travel back to St Andrews rent a place and order in just to eat here again!Vegetarian options: Some of the best I've tried!
