Went in with a friend and ordered two 1/4 chicken meals with 2 sides. My friend wanted coleslaw and I requested leafy green salad.
When the order was brought to the table there was no leaf salad and asked the staff who brought this why and when she checked on the receipt it hadn’t been included and I said I had asked for two similar meal bar the salads.
She conceded that it was a mistake on their part and she would bring the salad and not charge me extra.
She dint bring the salad and when asked a different person I had to explain what had happened and she then went to speak to another person who insinuated that I was trying to get a side without paying for it. So I said forget it and yet another person came and I just told her that I had already explained to three people and I wasn’t going to explain to yet another person. I wanted to complain if she could get me a complaints procedure.
I felt humiliated by all the carry on and ended with no salad. Worst experience I have ever had!!!

Always have an amazing experience here, I have a gluten allergy and have never had another restaurant take it so seriously. Each time a staff member takes my order at the table and checks all ingredients beforehand. Makes for a really comforting experience, thank you!
