The staff were great, especially James at breakfast. My stay was very enjoyable and the room was clean. The only downside was some mould in the bathroom and next to the window, which can't be opened (4.5*)

Nice enough hotel! Room is comfy with aircon. Had free parking next to the hotel which is always a bonus.

Nice welcoming Premier Inn. Clean and bright. Good

Perfectly functional hotel and a comfortable night's sleep but surge pricing for rooms is frustrating. Book when you see the price you want, don't leave it til later.

Phone reception isn't the best, paid for the ultimate WiFi and there's nothing ultimate about it 8mbps

Have stayed here a few times and the staff are great. Very friendly. My only real gripe is that they have now throttled the wifi presumably to try and make you pay for the upgraded offer. It's like dial up in the 90's. Rooms are usual premier inn quality, they don't service unless you ask, and there is no bar at this one. Unless you count the breakfast room as a bar, which its not. But its a 10 min stroll to town, and the convenience of the M & S opposite is really useful.

The best place we could find in St. Andrews at a reasonable price. Car parking is easy and shared with M&S. Staff are pleasant, but an early check-in is a definite no,unless you are willing to pay £10.00.

Excellent stay at Premier Inn, good parking, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Particularly the chef when we had breakfast, wish i had caught his name as he couldn't have been more polite or helpful.

Hotel is in a very nice area. Within walking distance to shops and the main town.Felt sorry for the elderly gentleman working as he was one of two on shift and he was running around doing everything. Cooking and serving at the same time, this man deserves a pay raise.

The bathroom is a bit run down and it’s difficult to take shower because the water’s temperature is not stable, a mixture of warm and cold water! Insulation is not good , can hear people walking above. The location is good, next to M&S.

My trip was to drop my daughter to her University. Nice stay at Premier Inn St Andrews. Nicely located hotel very close to the centre of town and to both the golf course and the university. Also, very nice rooms and comfortable bedding. Good value for money and I would stay there again on my next trip to St Andrews.

Good quiet location 10 minute walk from the main town. Comfortable decent sized room with great mattress and pillows . Great shower pressure and filling breakfast, all good for the price we paid. Would be happy to return

Hotel is well located and bed and shower were good. Chef hadn't turned up so staff could only cook frozen pizza. As I had pre-paid food I had no choice. No refund available so I could go elsewhere. Staff seemed unable to make that kind of decision.
