Went in an hour before closing, could not get what I wanted as they were cleaning the toaster. Staff only seem interested in going home early that more than half thr menu is unavailable and hour before closing time.

I'm sorry but this is the only subway where I need to constantly remind the staff that they need to change their gloves between meat and veg meals. I've started going to grangemouth to avoid these issue.all staff fyi ?

Visited the store tonight for our evening meal. The service in the store fell completely short tonight. The attitude of the staff member was terrible. He decided to start preparing on line orders while our previously hot toasted sandwiches were getting cold waiting to be finished off with salad. When asked if he should finish our first he said he had other things to do. When he eventually finished our order. He left them behind the till. When asked if he would hand out food over he shouted from the other end of the counter to help our selves he had other things to do. The other staff member was through the back. We were left completely disappointed by this experience and will think twice about returning. The counter was also littered with food and sauce. The knife he used to cut the now tepid sandwiches was dirty too.

Got in just after 10, breakfast is stated to last until 11. No signage to state breakfast menu wasn't being served. Breakfast options on full display on the menu. Made to wait 5 minutes while online orders were made. Otherwise empty store. Then told they don't do breakfast. Total waste of time. Won't be going back. Wasn't impressed with previous service anyway.
My father and I visit here frequently, so much now that the staff remember what we have on our food.Always clean and great food.

Ordered a chicken tikka salad with barbecue sauce.TBH to much salad and not enough chicken.also chicken could be bigger.its wee scrawny bits.even doing chicken on skewers would be better.not worth the cost plus delivery charge.

Crabbit woman serving. Never have anything “no jalapeños” “no meatballs” “we’ve only got plain bread” The bread today was either over cooked or been lying in the sun for three days as it was just dry and turned to dust when bitten. Place won’t last much longer.

Waited over 20 mins to get served with only 2 customers in front of me.Strangely, it seems there on-line orders take priority over who's standing in the queue regardless of the waiting time.I was only just getting served when the on-line order got collected.Shocking service.
