Came in today just after opening with my daughter and my elderly Dad for ice cream which was delicious ?,the lovely lady that served us was amazing and very good with my toddler and went out her way to chat to her and ask about her Anna dress (Frozen) and made her a strawberry ice cream cone in a pink cone fit for a princess she said ,she was also good with my Dad who has dementia,So all in all a great experience,even more so as she was on her own and still had some set up to...read full review

Aisha in the Stenhousemuir shop always delivers top notch customer service and definitely should be recognised for her amazing attitude and energy. Everytime I come to the Stenhousemuir shop, she always greets with a smile and she is extremely enthusiastic, and I love it. Sometimes I go out of my way to come to this shop despite living in Grangemouth myself just for the vibe that she creates.

Me and my friend visited here yesterday evening and the service was so friendly and welcoming. Wonderful staff and of course delightful gelato. Everything was clean and tidy, will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff member that offered to take our photo together under the ice cream light installation. Great service.
