Ordered food via Uber eats food was picked up quick and delivered fast but the food was cold! Didn't eat it and was flung in the bin! Obviously this chicken was sitting in there hot hold area for ages! Not good at

Horrible food. Would not go again. To tip it off they had no change available and tried to give us a pike of 1ps, 2ps and 20ps for change. Refused to accept it and miraculously they found notes for the change. The change was £15.45. Hence not accepting the rubbish they tried to give us.

Came out of hospital after an operation, stopped to order 3 zinger tower burger meals and a party family bucket of chicken. Order almost £60. Got to friend's house, found one burger meal and the wrong bucket of chicken. Too tired and sore after surgery to go back, and couldn't go this morning as I was booked on the first ferry home to Arran. Total shambles, waste of sixty quid, won't be back. I even questioned the order when the lass brought it out to my car, quoting what I'd bought and paid for, she confirmed it. Never again.

Poor service while using the drive through. Were made to feel like we were an inconvenience to their day. And if you ask for sauce they act as if it comes out their wages with how stingy they are with it. Won’t be back to this

Must have been a bad day at KFC Kilwinning....Food wise, the chicken stuff was fine, just the usual KFC fayre which the kids enjoyed.For the vegetarians amongst us the large green salad was two small (very small) green salads - salad being defined as lettuce and some sweetcorn nibblets...no tomato, carrot, onion, beets, or any other veg that you would care to mention....and four or five forksworths at most in total (I'm ready for my meal now...oh that was it....)..."No, we don't do tomato..". Not really what was shown on the order board...Service - four or five items missed off our order which we had to go back and ask for. Some talk about not getting hash browns with a salad (even though it was available to order on the board...)....but "we'll sort something out....".Premises - small seating area, we were lucky to get sat down as a family (five of us). Floor in the gents toilets was awash with water meaning break a leg level of slippiness and stank of piss, horrible.Apart from that was great...sorry guys, just telling it as I lived it.Vegetarian options: Good to have the choice of a decent looking salad or rice in a fast food place, but our choice of salad was a big let down as mentioned in the main review.

Many tables had not been wiped and were beautifully decorated with food detritus. Yum yum.... we cleaned our table with paper napkins. Chips were cold, judging by the number under the IR warmers, they had been around a bit. The chicken crumb was a bit dry in places and there were many pearls of hard breadcrumb attached that had the teeth destructive power of ground burst, thermo nuclear, pork crackling. That reminds me to visit the dentist. The 'meal' (sic) was mostly edible, but for some reason the chicken was above normal saltiness. Lob a drumstick in Loch Lomond to create Scotland's new Dead Sea attraction. Somewhere to read a newspaper methinks.

Ordered a delivery at 16.07 hadn't arrived by 17.07 so called to be told there waiting on a driver 18.35 still no delivery so called again to be told it was showing on there system as delivered they did apologise and say to contact uber eats for a refund contacted uber eats to be told the order id isny showing them any information so can't refund

Made a just eat order on Friday evening at 18:50. I had to call them at 21:25 as my order had came up as being delivered. I was told that my order was still with them and that they are struggling with drivers, but they will get it to me ASAP. Waited until 22:30 and I tried to call them but didn't get an answer. Didn't receive the order I paid for. No communication whatsoever. Will be sourcing my money back. However, they are still not answering the phone today. Never again, absolute joke of a service. ?

Didn't have a great experience tonight. We had ordered a delivery through just eat which was never delivered, possibly delivered to the wrong address, which to be fair isn't the restaurants falt but when I went to the store to order the exact same as what was supposed to be delivered I was charged £8 more and when we got home realised it wasn't even what we asked for! Disappointing service
