Many tables had not been wiped and were beautifully decorated with food detritus. Yum yum.... we cleaned our table with paper napkins. Chips were cold, judging by the number under the IR warmers, they had been around a bit. The chicken crumb was a bit dry in places and there were many pearls of hard breadcrumb attached that had the teeth destructive power of ground burst, thermo nuclear, pork crackling. Food was brilliant. Ordered to the wrong store (up in govan?) and went round and explained it and got my meal in Stevenston no hassle. The manager, Carol-Anne, was absolutely brilliant, top people.

Foods decent for KFC.Gravy is hit and miss, sometimes it's pure water.Tables, floors and general surroundings are always filthy, though.It's KFC, no one expects 5-star dining, but a cursory wipe of the table isn't beyond the job description.
