Visited on Sunday about 2.00p.m. Queue of about 20 people out into the rainy street. Only one, albeit very efficient, young man manning the tills. Plenty of other staff faffing around tidying up instead of serving customers. No sign of management. Food excellent as always but very poor customer service. Not what one expects from Greg's.

I visited this store today and wanted to order a vegan sausage roll, unfortunately there was none left so I ordered a cheese and onion bake instead. The employee accidentally served me a steak bake. I am vegetarian and do not eat beef due to religious reasons, and today for the first time in my life I accidentally ate beef because of this mistake. It is a very unfortunate incident, and an apology/refund means nothing compared to the religious sentiment. This is the last time I will visit Greggs as I am feeling very hurt, like I have disrespected my religion.

Typically good Gregg's with central, pleasant location in Stirling, reasonable choice of food and pleasant staff.
