If you are planning for a visit to Stirling castle then this restaurant is a must try..good fresh tasty food, kind service, best restaurant I have tried in Scotland i would say. All the staff were very helpful and the food was so nice.

Wow, love this restaurant. Staff are great, food is great. We’ve tried a few dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. The flavours and quality are excellent.

Mint leaf Nepalese and indian restaurant

We had a great business lunch at Mint Leaf today. The food was delicious, portion sizes were good and the staff were lovely- high recommended. Thanks for a lovely time.

Mediterranèa

This place is a hidden gem, first time trying greek food but this place came highly recommended and was absolutely worth it. Stunning food that was delicious and authentic, highly recommend the meze meal. The service was fantastic and great value for money. Looking forward to going back.

La Cucina

Authentic Italian restaurant.The quality and value of the meals is excellent, with special mention to the lunchtime menu, an excellent wee midweek treat now and then. Portion size is generous.It can get busy and as a consequence service can slow a little bit, but it’s worth it for food this nice.Parking in BofA can be a right pain at times but the village is that small that even parking in a side street you’re less than five minutes walk from on the restaurant.

Smokeys @ 17

We popped in for some dinner today. We both had the smash burger meal, honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Quick service, really good value for money and the staff were lovely. We look forward to returning.

Spice Garden Stirling

Great food, welcoming staff, food was provided very quickly and was still tasty and hot and everything was seasoned beautifully and all of this for a very reasonable price. We'll be stopping again next time we head up this

Brea - Scottish Restaurant

Nice restaurant,a tad overpriced at £152 for lunch for 4. 2 shared a starter and no desserts, 1 wine, a non alcohol beer, diet coke and water for drinks. Still, if its a treat, it's a nice wee place.

Cafe Aina Restaurant

The food was amazing. It took a little longer to arrive, but we accidentally came in 20 minutes before opening. The server was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the food on the menu.

The Gargunnock Inn

Decided to book here as staying locally and was pleasantly surprised. It was a delicious meal, the beef was superb and only just managed to polish off a dessert between two. Would recommend this place and would come back if in Scotland.

Gabe's Diner Bistro

A rustic diner with superb food. My wife had the aromatic Thai meatballs (vegan) I had the chorizo and red pepper sausages and mash. The gravy with this dish is fantastic, I'd return just for the gravy.

Highland Gate

We visited Highland Gate in the past few weeks and was greeted and served by Cameron who was just lovely. He was very pleasant, nothing too much bother and a pleasure to be served by him.Cameron recommended kebab to my husband which was lovely.Food and service greatThanks again, and we will return.

Friendly staff Adam the Duty Manager was very helpful, the 4 pizzas were fresh and perfectly baked.We enjoyed a good mix of beers and sour beers and had a few flights to try some new styles, all in all a great night at my local.

Went here whilst visiting a relative in the village. Staff were lovely and the food was fantastic. Lovely and fresh, piping hot with large portions. Great price as well.

Ranas Tandoori Restaurant

Been here a few times, mostly in the evenings, during the week, with friends when it is quieter and you can relax more. Decided today while at that end of town to pop in for lunch and decided to try their buffet. There were 5 choices and the extras you would expect. In all fairness, it was a quick lunch, so did not indulge as I usually do.Rice, for me, was lovely, I like my rice dry (some restaurants, the rice is gooey or wet) the sauces were lovely and the chicken nicely cooked. Yes I will go back and yes, probably for lunch too.

Pizza Express

We had a good meal and the staff were great. But when I ordered a pizza it turned up with a topping I did not ask for and could not eat. But they were great and made me another pizza. Would definitely go back.

Aroma Kebabs

Ordered a collection as a first time customer after reading encouraging reviews on Google food hub. After being let down so much by my local takeaways Iv been looking for a new hidden gem the shop was spotless and the workers are very friendly. The food was amazing with weighty portions which was freshly cooked and was still to hot for my son to eat after driving 7.5 miles home. Its also the first time ever iv ate a takeaway kebab and didn't have grease running down my arms. 5 stars from us and I look forward to my next cheat day for my next order from the wide range of choice from Aroma kebabs......excellent

Pirnhall Inn Brewers Fayre

Pirnhall has a very large car park, however if hotel next door is busy that could sway that.Order at bar with your table number deal which speed things up however slowed back down awaiting chefs to carve the meat.Vegetables good, turkey and beef were also good (didn't try the gammon on this occasion).Let downs were conditions of the toilets and the water machine allowed sediment through the filter into the glass

Thanks for the swift delivery or our well priced hot items this evening. People here complaining about the price are the same that’ll pay £5 for a Costa coffee and wait 20 minutes queued at a bar to order a glass of wine for £10.

I wouldn't recommend walking in off the and ordering as it takes forever, you are far better ordering online and collecting... of course they do deliver too.

We had Sunday lunch in the Hawksmoor on a recent trip to Liverpool, the servers were absolutely lovely and full of great chat. The food was out of this world, we had the Sunday roast carvery with the chateaubriand, the roasties, the yourshire puddings and the vegetables were amazing.Looking forward to going back to this amazing restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to bring wheelchairs into the restaurant from the Main Street.

Jade Garden Chinese Takeaway & Delivery

I don't come from the area so have no real dog in the fight when it comes to reviewing this place. When staying in hotels I generally make a habit of going to one of the local chineses to grab a takeaway when returning from a long day out. Following reading the reviews I decided to give the Jade Garden a try and I am really glad that I did. I had a Beef Curry with Fried Rice and hand on my heart I can say that it was the best chinese that I have had either as dining in or as takeaway in many a year. I am not sure if I will be in Stirling area again for a while but if I am, I will definitely be going here again for a meal. First Class

The Garden Restaurant

Beautiful views, bustling atmosphere and fantastic food. Really enjoyed the Hake as a main and my mother in law thoroughly enjoyed the steak. Staff were really friendly and up for a bit of natter, especially at the bar.

TJ's Restaurant and Bar

Been a few times and staff have always been super friendly, food is comforting and great portion sizes! overall a 10/10 really enjoyed a classic good food place! Mac & cheese is the best in Stirling!

Stirling Beefeater

Went to the Stirling Beefeater last night for the very first time. It was excellent! The food was delicious and the service was first class. It's not the nearest Beefeater to where I live,but it is worth the drive as it surpasses any other one I have been in.

Costa Coffee

Having heard mixed reviews about the Pirnhall I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with my recent visit. The food was excellent value for money however what made it excellent was the warm welcome we received from Gary along with his staff Ashleigh and Amy, will definitely return.

McDonald's

Was good for McDonalds. I was ecstatic all my food was warm for a change. I must add that the bad experiences of cold food were in Broxden, Perth BoD Aberdeen and Incshes Inverness.

The Birds & Bees

First visit and will definitely come back. Food was amazing taste, presentation and portion sizes true reflection of the cost (still very competitive). Service was prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. This carried through to the overall atmosphere, understated class, warm and inviting.

Darnley Coffee House

We visited Stirling Castle, and the woman in the gift shop recommended this place. It's cozy and adorable. We all ordered different toasties, with a couple adding soup, and each one was amazing. Good sized portions. The staff was so friendly. The service was quick. And it all sat in the most adorable part of Stirling.

Aberfoyle Delicatessen

This place is amazing even my veggie pal likes it! ?. We drop in whenever we are passing at the weekends. Was in there Saturday and also bought some venison stewing steak this time. Had the venison sausages as well before and they’re great.They make the most delicious steak and onion rolls or baguettes. Pal has the potato scone and egg roll or the rolo tray bake.Staff are always lovely and friendly too.

Cisco's Cafe

Ordered a regular and vegetarian breakfast, it was so good. Unlike other places in town this breakfast doesn't make you feel sick from all of the oil. Also had a caffe late and a chai late that, the coffee was ok but the chi late was very milky, like there was no chai in it. Would recommendVegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan breakfast

Old Town Coffee House

The quaint exterior belies the excellent cafe food offer inside. We had the full breakfast and were impressed with the quantity quality service and prices. One to remember next visit.

The Allanwater Cafe

One off the best fish suppers in Stirling, it is a must try, unfortunately getting a bit expensive like most places, but hopefully they keep up the same portion sizes as before, and don't undercut the customer

Victoria's Coffee Shop

Although I have lived in Stirling for almost 25 years!!, this was my first visit to your coffee shop, and I was very impressed, excellent service and the food was delicious. A special mention to Charlene who is absolutely brilliant Front of House, very calm , extremely professional in a small confined space and busy environment, it was absolutely no problem whatsoever to get a extra shot in my coffee, overall a lovely visit and felt so much better and revived after a rough few days. Called in for coffee and just sat and watched this super team deal with all aspects presented to them by customers. Sean, Jade, Heather, Lisa and Nicole. All are great ambassadors for the company. They were so friendly and attentive during our visit. Will be back for sure.

All but case the just eat delivery man was rude to the staff, but McDonald's stuff told him to leave the shop it was so nice to see her standing up for all the stuff. Well done McDonald's you have a excellent member on the team in the Stirling shop ? ? ? ?

Unorthodox Roasters

Popped by for a filter coffee and something sweet - the cafe is fairly cosy and has a quiet area at the top, so it was great for some light reading. The service was slightly slower than I'd expect but it was still alright. Coffee tasted fairly nice as well.Parking: A small parking lot just around the corner and a few on street places nearby. Free on Sundays, otherwise paid.

No 2 Baker Street

I've been here many times for drinks but not food. It's a pub of mixed ages (more older than young) that has live music on the weekend and a pretty good atmosphere. Drinks aren't the cheapest in town but reasonably priced in comparison.

Pizza was great. Waiting in the shop for 40 minutes with being blasted by red hot steam, not so good.They don't care, the have a hardcore following and rightly so based on the food.

Lovely cosy wee village pub with friendly staff. Always super clean bar area and toilets. Lounge is the perfect size for a decent function which is free to hire. Great choice of drink. Locals are friendly and welcoming

The Crossed Peels - JD Wetherspoon

Really tasty lemon and herb roast chicken and chips. The refillable cups of tea and coffee are excellent and in with the price of the main meals. Excellent value. Lovely lunch with the family while shopping in Stirling for the day. Close to the shopping centre.

Dr Noodles Stirling ltd

First time trying Dr Noodles today. Never even knew it existed but I’ll be back! The noodles and beef with their Riccardo green curry and satay sauce was savage ?? Not a fancy restaurant but a good spot for meeting up with friends and trying something different!

Really good Chinese takeaway from here again. Good price, really fast service and good quality food too. Staff are all nice and friendly and helpful. Please note it is cash only for all orders here, they do not take cards.

Morrisons Cafe

Wow! Just had the most fabulous mini fish and chips and an endless pot of tea from Mogs cafe, Stirling. Cooked to order with the freshest fish and light batter. Not so mini fish! I’d like to see the regular one! A good portion. All served within 5 minutes of ordering on a busy lunchtime. Oh and table service with a smile. And all for £6.78!

Just been in and I have to say the young girl with red/ blonde hair has the patience of a saint. Don’t think I’ve ever witnessed so many people moaning in a fast food restaurant. She should be proud of herself and her customer service skills and how she handled the amount of grief she was getting!
