We came here for food last night and I left my phone by mistake. Came back today and they’d charged it up for me and gave it back. Lovely guys who work there with great customer service. Food was also delicious :)

I asked for a large donner and chips and was charged accordingly. Because it was rather quiet with little business (myself being the only one in the takeaway at the time) I was presented with only a small donner and chips! On query some poor excuse was mentioned and no resolution provided - Poor service.

we tried to order over the phone but they kept putting themselves on mute and telling us to wait then hung up on us with no word and then declined our call when we called back.

We travel from Kincardine up to here for the food, it's terrific, best in the area.

Great food, half 1 in morning and food still fresh! Great consistency for sauce and batter not over the top!

Ordered a 16 inch hot n spicy special pizza. But it was nothing but a disappointment. Had to wait for 2 hours for a cold and bland pizza i have ever tasted. Forgot the extra toppings and cheesy crust. Phone manager but was no compensation.

Amazing food offerings at this place, what a find. Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. One particular lady took the time to chat with us and gave outstanding service. Thank you.

We have been good customers to this place but enough is enough. The amount of times the order hasn't been right & tonight the guy on the phone took our order says it was £24 including delivery but when it finally arrived the price had gon up to £26.50p. Also the small tubs were only half full with food. My wife asked for cheesey garlic nan bread but they sent plain nan bread. We are very disappointed with this tonight.

Let's start with the food:the food was good. It was much better than I expected it to be in the first place. I initially had quite low expectations due to the demeanour of the place. Whilst I only had a small part of the huge menu I found the food to be well prepared and very tasty, the spicing and overall taste was well worth the good prices the food that was given. From the perspective of someone who eats a lot of good Indian food I believe it was on par with others that I've tasted in the past. Next the service, it was fast and impressive based on the the amount of people I was with. The chef personally greeted us and talked to us in a very welcoming manor. He was prepared to change the order and menu for our personal preferences and was generally very helpful.I will now talk about the not so great things. Firstly the place itself felt tacky, for example the decorations on the walls and the tilling was plastic and cheap. The cutlery and plates did not seem to be washed to the standard I would have liked. For instance the cutlery was not shiny and probably wasn't washed that well. Another point is about the huge stacks of random items around the same place we were eating in. Such as the stack of coke bottles when they should have been stored elsewhere. Another slight red flag was the alarmingly large menu making me feel like they could not prepare all of the dishes to the same standard as the food I received. The choice was unfocused and confusing due to the many cuisines they had on offer. My last gripe with the place was the toilet. It was not publicly available ( but the staff let me use it regardless after asking), the toilet itself didn't have a working lock and was too unsanitary. In conclusion, the place was overall a surprisingly good experience and that shock did bump it it up for me but it still had some red flags which cannot be ignored and I feel should be attended to. In my opinion the food is the most important aspect of a restaurant and I feel it has superceded my expectations. I would recommend if you are looking for something quick and nice if you are in the area of Stirling. Thanks for reading this review.

Wasn't the worst of pizzas. Spicy chicken tastes like chicken with chilli powder on it, nowt else. Base was nice. Burd behind counter seems like she needs her hole.
