the staff is incredibly friendly, the place is nice and clean and the Indian food I had in the restaurant was great. Highly recommended to travelers on the West Highland Way!

Walk Hill and Glen

This is a lovely stop for hikers doing the West Highland Way and other hikes. Food is delicious, staff are very friendly and there is accommodation for either camping or on the Bunkhouse itself. Reasonable prices.Rooms: The rooms are very basic and specifically for walkers to just rest for the night. Not luxury, just a place to put your head down. Nice and warm. Sometimes shared. Exactly what you'd expect from a bunkhouse.Nearby activities: This place is for hikers, walkers nature lovers etc. Nature is all that is nearby but its stunning. There are points of interest to visit. Rob Roy's viewpoint, Rob Roy's cave.Food & drinks: The bunkhouse serves delicious food and had a bar. Reasonable prices too.

Great stay at Inversnaid bunkhouse, in clean and tidy bunk room with good bathroom facilities. Fantastic bistro in the upstairs of the old church, with great atmosphere and vibe, friendly and accommodating staff and delicious food.

Stayed in the bunkhouse and enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Food was great, and the bar work well for my group of 5. Great value.

Lovely unique setting. Staff could not have been more helpful. First stay in triple bunk beds, loved it!

If you're hiking on the WHW, I would avoid unless it's really absolutely necessary. If you're not staying in the hostel, camping is miserable...it's a small grass yard located right next to an area where guests and staff smoke, often socializing loudly past the time that you want to be sleeping. The manager didn't even turn on the drying room until 6pm so we woke up with all our gear still soaked. Not a single thing about our stay including the forced dinner reservation the second upon arrival felt relaxing. We actually decided to have a short day after on the trail with a stay at a hotel because of how stressed this stay made us feel. Not to mention, it's out of the way of the trail, with a plethora of wild campsites on both sides. I'd recommend just eating at the hotel right off the trail and trudging the mile or so forward to a campsite. You will sleep better and no detours needed!

What a great place to stay along the WHW. Rooms were as simple as needed, everything in quality condition. Meals in the common room/restaurant/bar were excellent. I'd highly recommend this plate as a more affordable and worthwhile alternative to the hotel.

Beautiful hostel for an amazing price and direct pick up at the end of the West highland way. The service is great and the food a dream. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice place. I was camping there for 1 night. The bathroom and toilet were very clean. The restaurant was really delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you're walking the WHW it's a little bit of road and uphill but it's worth it.

This is a very sweet little place—modern in most ways except the fact that the shower house is not connected with an indoor corridor. The food is very tasty and the staff are wonderfully personable. A few things I didn’t like—it felt like I was being nickled and dimed with high surcharges for a towel; the triple high bunk beds leave no room to sit on the bed and there is next to no space in the room to sit; there is no access to the lounge area when the kitchen is closed for the day; and the extra walking uphill at the end of a day hiking the WHW was a bit too much given the price. I would probably stop by for a meal but not necessarily for an overnight next time.

The best accommodation we experienced during our West Highland Way hike, from Kinlochleven to Glasgow. You'll find tiny but sufficient rooms for yourself and your group, along with pleasant showers and a well-maintained infrastructure. The food was excellent. An absolute recommendation (10/10)!
