Always a good night's sleep. Great location, welcoming staff, and plenty of secure and free parking.

Excellent stay.

The usual excellent quality Premier Inn room and Brewers Fayre restaurant standards that you would expect. With the hotel being on the outskirts of Stirling do expect people who have been out in Stirling to return late and possibly be noisy and wake you up. That is the experience I had. They were dealt with swiftly by reception staff though.

It's pretty much the same as any other. But paying for ultimate WiFi and not being able to connect is very disappointing considering you can't get a phone signal. Poor effort.

Was great value for money. Graham was particularly great while I stayed there, great service all round.

Lovely staff and the restaurant and its staff are great too. Rooms are clean and it's a great base for visiting Stirling and the surrounding area on a budget.

Stayed for business. Hotel is a slightly worn version of the newer refurbs with one power socket by the bed and a large flat screen TV. It was quiet (especially since it was very close to main roads).Bed very comfy as always. Room clean and everything I would need except...No decaf coffee in the room (had to seek some at reception)WiFi just about un-useable as only one to no bars of reception.Mentioned the WiFi to reception and they "re-booted" the router which made no difference. Luckily there was cell data on EE network so I could get my work done.Evening meal and breakfast at the pub next door was good.Staff very friendly.

Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, but the heating system wasn't very good so the room was cold, which for a sufferer of arthritis made the following morning painful. Also, the hand sink plug was stuck in so the water etc wasn't able to flow away. Told the receptionist on checking out, who was very sympathetic, professional and pleasant to chat with.Despite the issues, I enjoyed the stay and would go there again

Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Nice location, people make places, and the ladies and gentlemen here were the difference that made the difference. 5 Stars!
