I fuel up here all the time but there is one member of staff who is extremely rude,no customer service skills at all,she is very intimating,she was shouting at me because she was having issues with my payment on the app,she was very angrily asking me to move to another pump and was irateand saying it wasn’t her fault,my partner says her behaviour was disgusting,won’t be back

Woman in there very rude I just asked to use toilet she refused coz asked juce case front of toilet door i asked can i move juce case to go in toilet she shouting at me . We was topped up 5 business cars every day from this pump but now not going back again. Not Recommend I think her name is Linda

Then started eating at the till.I’ve honestly never seen such bad service. Especially after covid your think she would know better. Was like some kinda comedy sketch about how bad service can be.

Pay at pump is a great addition. Meaning you can fill up safely and quickly from your mobile phone.
I just spoke to a very lovely lady at this garage as I had a query about the car wash, she was helpful and friendly even first thing on a Sunday morning. Thank you :)
