Excellent and friendly service from Nadine. Food was delicious and my son thoroughly enjoyed Nadine making him laugh throughout the meal - would definitely

Usually stay at the Premier Inn. The food and service here is always excellent.

Unsure why main courses were placed on serving area before starters were served. Mains sat for over 40 minutes getting baked and dried - 5 roast turkey dinners with dry and curled turkey. Veg was rock hard and the coleslaw proved to be hotter than the meat. Very slow service and a really poor experience.Unsure what the chef was thinking getting the mains all plated and ready to serve before the starters were done...Complaints about the delay and length of time the mains sat on the serving area under the hot lights weren't accepted - other than an apology for the wait.Used to be decent for a meal but absolutely not now.

Decent enough. The lady that served me was great. Really friendly and helpful. The fish and chips I had was ok. The fish was kinda scrawny. Chips were nice.Nice and clean.

Arrived at Beefeater at 17:30 and wasn't acknowledged at the door until 17:40. The server then told me it was booking only and turned us away, no signage on the way in to give us this information and nothing on the website stating this. Terrible service, won't be back.

The food on offer is not poor, but definitely not good. You will be able to take the necessary nutrition for the day, but don't expect very tasty good quality dishes. The beer choice is poor, lots of lager, Guinness and Belhaven (a very poor quality and fizzy beer). I prefer an ale and would take a bottled one over a lager but no such choice was on offer and, as you might guess, I can't stand BelhavenThe price of a pint is obscene, I paid £5.70 for a Peroni in all honesty I should have taken a water, it has just as much taste. I'm sure not drinking would please the devolved administration given the hike in tax in Scotland in such items.Staff were ok but it was abus night and service was very creaky, 12mins waiting at the bar for a beer with no bar person available ? was a stretch.Would I go again? Very likely no, probably much better to go into Stirling town only 10-15 mins walk away.

Staff really friendly, good selection of food, spicy mayo sauce is lush!

I visited with my wife and daughter at 6:30 on a Saturday evening. We were seen to our table promptly and chose our food: Fillet steak medium rare, chargrilled half chicken, and vegetarian lasagne. Nadine, our waitress, went away and then came back and told us they were out of lasagne. Attempted to swap for a fish and chips but out of that as well. So decided on a Beef and ale pie. Food came reasonably promptly but no jug of gravy with the pie. Nadine was very put out that we asked for the gravy, but said she would get an extra(???) jug for us and then went and served other customers. We managed to catch someone else's eye and a jug of cold gravy arrived. No sight of Nadine, so I went up to the counter and waited for a fresh bag of gravy to be microwaved.Steak and chips - the steak was overcooked and the triple cooked chips very insipid looking. The BBQ sauce was tasty but very small amountChicken - this was good but chips and sauce as above.Pie - this was ok but already halfway through before gravy came. Peas were very low quality (bad school dinner vibes), chips as above. At no point were we asked how our food was, even when we had finished with a quarter of the steak, all the peas, and most of the chips left on our plates. It must have been clear we were not happy with our food. Even when my wife started to complain to the manager, she was very abrupt and didn't seem interested. We won't be going again, and I shall be cancelling my beefeater card and unsubscribing from emails so that I don't forget how bad this was and think it might be a good idea to come back.

Went for breakfast and the staff were really helpful, o ly.issue was most of the items on the buffet were empty, empty cereals, juices, jams, so we had to ask for everything. And there was only 1 other fail dining at that

Very unpolite and slow staff. We were told breakfast was open from 6.30 but it opened just at 7.00 and instead of being polite we were shouted at that we didn‘t order a table - even though the restaurant was empty!!!Really not a good feeling, the staff could use an education in customer service. Food is ok.

Booked with Premier Inn, only two staff worked at rush hour breakfast. Both were very rude. Waited over 30 mins to get served and waited over an hour for a bowl of porridge. 25th August 2023.

If I could give zero stars I would this place is a disaster. Visited with my family and 50 minutes later our food arrived.I have 3 year old twins and honestly I think because one of them started to cry as they were so hungry a tiny bowl of chips were produced.Manager, (woman with glasses) has an attitude problem and clearly is under the impression that having to wait almost an hour is acceptable. My wife asked while waiting would the food be much longer and was told that we can’t skip orders and the kids have to simply wait. This is ridiculous as we said to our server as soon as the kids stuff is ready bring it out, he never said anything about their special ordering system. Our server Paul you could see was burnt out and clearly didn’t care.Ordered a pint and a gin and tonic and had to ask multiple times for it.When my dinner arrived I would have liked a few more chips but if I’d ordered they probably arrive the next day. Dinner was almost £60 nothing was deducted from the bill so it’s seem as acceptable to offer such poor and dreadful service. We went to this place as we thought it would be great for kids, clearly we were mistaken. There are significantly better alternative’s available. Skip at all costs.
