I was in on Saturday 11th of March 2023 at approximately 10am...I had an issue with my card at the till with a line of people behind me. The lovely woman who served me was incredible, she opened up the till next to me to serve the line of people while I sorted myself out, even though another customer was bumping her gums...I was so embarrassed and she was so nice, told me not to worry because it happens to everyone. As someone who does get very anxious, especially when I've made a mistake and there are people looking at me. I felt so much better and wanted to leave a review just to say that her manner was so reassuring and how nice she was, experiencing such kindness just made my day. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but thank you so much. ☺️☺️☺️❤️
