Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had paid £4 for BLT roll , had one little tiny streak of bacon in and two pieces of chicken but they sure made up for it with mayonnaise. Disgusting ? was unable to eat it so had to go back and get a sausage roll instead which wasn’t so great either 1/10

5 star service!! On auto pilot xmas shopping, I paid for food and drove off without picking my food up!! ?? went back and they were so nice and kind about it, and made me fresh hot lovely food. Hope they have a fabulous Xmas and new year and what a service with a smile too :-) will defo come back again (Meadowhall drive thru) they need ? for spectacular service :-)
Love Greggs for sausage rolls and custard donuts. Their cafe is really lovely I think it’s amazing and definitely highly recommended.

The customers service at pontefract branch is appalling. I stood in the queue for 40 mins to be served because they prioritise the ‘just eat’ orders . Staff said the manager said it has to be that way because the online orders spend more . !

ordered the "Bigh game bundle" for me and a couple others, order came missing 1 whole box of pizza, rang greggs in blyth to be told to basically go and do one!!! service is terrible and the lass who answered phone is sh1te!!!!
