Not a great chippy unfortunately. Didn't mind waiting for cooking but the batter on both sausages and onion rings looked underdone, soggy and very greasy. The fish I suspect was semi precooked as they took it out the warmer and dunked it back in the fryer. Worst though was that it smelt very fishy when bitten into and didn't flake apart. I also saw the main fryer use his bare hands alot when handling the food. Had much much better.

Food was very greasey and chips were not the best. servers were nice but the food is over priced and not as good as other places in the town.

Made fresh but with, Frozen chips….yuck. Chips crispy on the outside and a bit of mush on the inside. No idea what batter they are using, but the fish was Thin and not flakes, not that good
My choice for my birthday tea as mid week and not wanting to cook! This was delicious and freshly cooked, home cut chips, fish, sausage, chicken, onion rings the lot. Would recommend ?

Just had their breaded fish and chips. Fish was frozen but doesn’t say on the price list and they don’t tell you. You only find out when you are back in the house. Never experienced this anywhere before. Only saving grace chips were good. Won’t be back though. Surprised they even get a lowly 3.9.Dietary restrictions: Didn’t notice any

Been there often .I'm local .got fish supper batter was terrible. Chips were greasy .I think the fat in the range needs changing .Will not be back .
