“If someone orders a roll, give it to them in a bag, like every other roll shop on the planet. Don’t give it to them wrapped up in a bit of paper that looks like a bag. Never in my 40 years of buying rolls in multiple roll shops in and around Glasgow, have I been handed a roll wrapped in a bit of paper. As I watched my roll, roll down the street, it was at that moment I realised that it didn’t even contain what I had ordered. Not good enough.”
