This is a cool little space. lovely food..very inviting..friendly staff...coffee and food were very nice..one little improvement would be to expand the menu a little to offer more lunch based choices rather than breakfast/sandwich kinda stuff. Will defo be back when I'm back in the

Had the pleasure of Theo’s input at a men’s retreat we were a part of. Theo cooked an incredible 3 course dinner for all the guests. Every single person was blown away by the food. Tudor Coffee House

I had read a few good reviews of this wee coffee house and have tried to come in before but there was never an empty table due to it being so popular. I was unsure whether my husband would be able to enter with his zimmer as cafe is quite small and a step up to the entrance but we managed to have lunch there today. The staff were young and very helpful towards my husband and we managed ok. Food was lovely and a good choice. Unfortunately the toilets are downstairs and there are quite a few steps to go down. We will be back as we both really enjoyed the soup and soda scone with cheese. A good selection of cakes which i will try next time

The Crib Community Coffee House

Hey there just wanted to say I had a lovely lunch and great service, definitely recommend to anyone if you are looking for a coffee and a cake or some lunch. There breakfast is delicious.

Country Bake Coffee Shop

Great food for a great price.The scones are to die for! A little smaller than they used to be, but still amazing ?.They have got new tables and chairs which are much more comfortable than the old ones. Every thing is made fresh every morning so you know its going to be ? yummy.Well worth going to if your visiting Strathaven. ?

Got a delivery for dinner tonight to stonehouse waited a while but understand they were busy, definitely worth the Wait it was delicious and piping hot first class ?

13 Barn Street

Barn Street is my fave cafe in Strathaven. Food is excellent. Coffee excellent. Dog friendly. Bacon rolls are fabulous… Today I tried the vegan burger..it was amazing. Staff/owners always friendly and welcoming…❤️❤️❤️

Q's Deli

My go too place for lunch in the town. The lentil soup is always amazing and they have a great selection of both cold and hot lunch options. The guys that work there are always happy and create a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The Waterside

Good pub food for reasonable price for my family of four. Service was very pleasant. I stayed for tasty dessert of sticky toffee pudding after fish and chips. Would definitely go back.

Taal Restaurant

This was the first time we visited this restaurant. The food was very good but the service could have been better. I asked for no coriander and the start came loaded with it. It was sent back for a replacement.In general I'd come back as the food was very good. Some of the serving staff need to improve their listening skills.

Got a set meal B with a few currys and starters + pizza for my son delivered in under 30 mins forgot our extra pomodoms but after a quick call dropped off in under 5 mins. Quality of the food was great and the service was excellent specially how quickly they reacted to a small mistake ?? Have used them loads and so far have not been disappointed??? Great work and appreciate you going at these difficult times with covid. Would recommend ??

Greggs

This gregs is no different from other branches of greggs selling big softies, oval bits, various sandwhiches, sausage rolls, steak bites, chicken bites and pies etc. The shop is small but the food always smells so good. They have a few packets of crisps and they also sell bread and a nice variety of cakes including yum yums and strawberry tarts etc. This is popular with the locals and as a result late on a Saturday there is not much left so go early if you can. This shop is shut on a Sunday.

Strathaven Gift Shop & Tea Room

Wonderful tea room with a good menu and very welcoming atmosphere can't fault it at all.Gift shop was stocked with a great selection of goods and excellent customer service.

The Heron Farm Shop & Kitchen

Popped in for a coffee, staff were lovely and super accomodating even with being full to the brim. Dog friendly. Card payments only, but they did kindly take my change for a latte but I dont think thats a regular occurance. Lovely selection of artwork and trinkets to buy, as well as a great selection of dog treats. Lovely views and a good parking area if you have a large vehicle and need somewhere to stop. Just be mindful of the windy narrow country road on your way in. Can't highlight the staffs wonderful customer service enough. Lovely bunch of ladies.Parking: No sized spaces so lots of space for larger berthed vehicles. Not the best terrain for motorbike parking but can be done if you park near the bottom. Some of the parking is not flat. May be an issue for wheelchair users.

Chillies

Been using this take away years since it opened great for burgers,fresh base pizza,kebabs, curries etc, good delivery service as well.Our favourite in the Town.
