Lovely wee cafe does both really nice sit-in and takeaway. It's a wee bit expensive but worth it all the same.I to here fairly often and the service is always friendly.

Have eaten here 5 times now and the first time was great. Each time since the good has taken far too long. It is not acceptable to wait an hour for food in a cafe.

The food is great but the wait is simply unacceptable. Each time we come knowing it takes a long time for your order, but today was over an hour. This is the fourth time our has taken so long. I'm just not prepared to try again. Such a shame as it's my daughter's favourite cafe but the Bqa across the road is a far better place for lunch. Another person walked out, unable to wait any longer as his dog was in the car.

Super relaxed place to pop in for lunch, good menu, friendly staff, sausage, beans and chips, latte and cake were all lovely.

Cold and hungry, served by smiling staff with a hot chocolate and omelette. Tasted great, efficient service (although I got chips when I asked for a salad – they apologised and were happy to swap). Nice place & all good for an impromptu food stop.

I'm a regular visitor here when passing through. It has old fashioned charm in a 1970's way.Good cakes and quickly prepared food Cafe style. Will nearly always have some of the local town residents inside, which I always think speaks volumes about its reputation. Not much to complain about.

I only use the chip shop; it serves good chips, and it's a convenient half way point on journeys home from Glasgow. The cafe looks nice but I've never been in.
