Met friends at the Muckhart Inn for lunch and had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. Staff were friendly and efficient, and food was excellent. Recommended.

Rating is for the pub/restaurant. Best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time. Others all enjoyed their meals as well. Also a great local stout beer (I believe by Devon Ales).

Another great evening for "GOGs"playing & singing for fun in The Inn at Muckhart.Really fine choice of beers, great menu & food at reasonable prices, great service from really lovely friendly & welcoming staff.We sang and played all night, and we really enjoyed it.Other visitors and locals alike made it known that they enjoyed our live acoustic "unplugged" session tonight as much as we enjoyed making the music. It's a win win situation.We are buzzing!???Thank you The Inn at Muckhart. You are stars!

Visited for lunch on Saturday. We got a table but place was busy. I had soup which was very good and then we both had fish and chips which were excellent. Only thing I would say is that I do not think salad with fish and chips is a good accompaniment. Surely peas would be better and easier! Went back to check the board but merely said F and Ch. That said, we both enjoyed what we had and would certainly return.
