Well what can be said. Pay a visit. The epitome of a village pub. The beating heart for many. A warm.welcome awaits, the locals are friendly and the Tennants 80 shilling is legendary
The husband and wife team who run the pub make you feel as if you belong there, firstly by having a photographic memory of your face and pairing that with the usual drink, and secondly by remembering that you have been tramping the hills above Tillicoultry and might be a tad thirsty. I would recommend this pub to you - particularly if you like real ales, but also if you like real Guinness as I do.

Great wee pub, especially for having a quality pint of ale straight after coming off the Ochils! Has two real ales on with Timothy Taylor's Landlord frequently available and in good condition. Will be starting to do food in a couple of months too. Highly recommended.
