Ordered 3 meal deals for delivery, 3 items missing and food cold... Did get partial refund from just-eat but not worth the hassle. Won't order again and wouldn't

Had the most unpleasant experience in this store. Rude store owner, stale food, and simple orders wrong due to a language barrier. Worst subway I have ever visited.

The food was good and fresh the person behind the counter seemed to put extra fillings in my sub compared to other stores which is always a bonus.Parking: Parking spaces are few and far between. The shop is located on the high street.

Worst experience at a subway I have ever had, got shorted on meat toppings and when I asked why he said he made a mistake, but he did the same to my wife and mother in law last month then overcharged me, then said it was his registers fault. Such an untrustworthy owner and sad to see
Worst subway in scotland, only one person on during lunch time is mental, waiting for 35 mins to be served. Battle of wills not to walk out

I wonder how subway has not inspected this shop as it really impacts its reputation. Watch out for the quality, salad & bread are not freshly made {can be seen + bread tastes like a left over from the day before).Needless to say customer service is appalling, in fact rude at times (the owner). This by far the worst subway I have been to not in ayrshire, Scotland, but in the UK.If you like subway and don't want to go off it, avoid this location in particular.

Be careful with this chancer, he has a terrible attitude regards stale bread. You don’t know it’s stale until you get home and open it up. For £3.50, he won’t be getting anymore of my hard earned. Ask to see the bread before he fills it and watch his face.

Expensive for a 6 inch sub with the merest of fillings, i.e. it isn’t bursting at the seams like the pictures on the wall. My biggest gripe ( and the reason I’ll not be back in ) STALE BREAD. It’s happened on two occasions now and as I don’t live near the place, you find out when you get home. Bearing in mind his biggest customers are the local school kids, he must be ripping them off no end.
