Excellent cafe in Troon town centre.Had been an ice cream shop for many years, nowadays it's a cafe/restaurant and still sells ice cream.Worth a visit.Parking: Free car park along the street approx 200 yardsWheelchair accessibility: The cafe is straight in of the pavement, no steps.

Great soup, average toastie but excellent and friendly service. Very accommodating with a baby and had lots of gluten free options (and knowledge). Would return for another bowl of that soup any day!!

Delicious food, great service, perfect for lunch or brunch. The very nice owner gave us a little Christmas sweet treat to take away, which was a lovely touch.

Delicious tempura chips and wings, the ghost pepper chilli sauce is so spicy but so tasty! And the Sriracha dip is also so delicious. Highly recommend this place. Everything was cooked so well and quick!!

OUTSTANDING CAFE. ALL BEAUTIFULLY HOME COOKED FOOD WITH FRESHEST INGREDIENTS. EXCELLENT PRESENTATION. LOVELY STAFF AND OWNER. SIMPLY TERRIFIC. WE'VE BEEN BEFORE - LAST YEAR ON OUR LAST VISIT TO TROON. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. HUSBAND HAD FULL SCOTTISH BREAKFAST. I HAD SMASHED AVOCADO, SOURDOUGH BREAD AND 2 POACHED EGGS. DELICIOUS ALMOST GUACAMOLE YUMMY AVO. CATEGORICALLY THE BEST POACHED EGGS IN THE WORLD. ITS NOT 'TRENDY' BUT BETTER THAN SIMPLY A CAF, AMBIENCE-WISE. CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN.

Great little cafe! We stopped for breakfast on our weekend away and will definitely be returning on our next visit. Quick service, friendly staff, reasonable prices and the food itself was top quality produce. Decorated lovely inside and offers a selection of lovely cakes.

My husband and I had a lovely lunch here. Cullen Skink and loaded fries with salt and chilli chicken. Both dishes were lovely and fresh and the waitress who served us was really nice and friendly. Reasonably priced too, would recommend :)

Came from Bristol to visit family, and take my elderly Gran for lunch, took a chance because of the reviews and weren't disappointed!Lovely full Scottish breakfasts, kids enjoyed their dinners, especially their coke floats, and Granny enjoyed her macaroni cheese and we shared a very generous pot of tea with 2 cups each.Very good value, with 4 adults and 2 kids, cooked lunch for a shade over £60 (£10 av.). We will be visiting Troon and certainly would come back here and suggest it to other family.Thankyou for a lovely visit!Kid-friendliness: Staff were lovely and talked to our children themselves, meals were smaller versions of adults so perfect, as well as designated kids menu, drinks and desserts.Wheelchair accessibility: Brought my Gran in her walker and they were very quick to move tables and make space, ready for dropping her off at the door - even though it meant we used the last of the space and prevented any more customers for a while. They did this cheerfully, understanding quickly and looked after my Gran beautifully. Toilet would be a bit tricky on the entrance corner for a wheelchair, but is doable and certainly big enough.

A lovely warm welcome from the team on arrival. We always like to choose an independent place to stop at where possible We ordered Cullen Skink soup and a bowl of chilli chicken with wedges. Plus hot drinks. Our server explained what the ingredients were in the food which was good The food was very tasty and piping hot It's always good to try some of the local cuisine when you can and the soup was delicious Definitely a nice place to stop for lunch
