“Called in by chance for just a coffee and a brew. The staff were so lovely and the place is spotless and fabulously decorated. Already planning to come back to Bridgnorth, just to come here for afternoon tea.”

“We approached Butlers from the car park, through a delightful courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a couple of tea cakes and a pot of tea. Well presented. All very reasonably priced. Recommended.”

“Lovely little tea room at the cliff railway. Perfect viewing for the railway cars and inside the tea room you can see the mechanical workings through the window. Plus fantastic views over the wall. Felt like we were in a secret garden surrounded by the plants and inquisitive bumble bees.
Enjoyed a cuppa and a delicious toasted sandwich and salad sat in the sunshine.
My only criticism would be a request for more umbrellas outside as there was very little shade and only 2 tables in the sun with umbrellas.”

“Hi today my friends and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast before driving home to Market Harborough.
Unfortunately I lost a hearing aid when taking off my jumper.
I have looked for a telephone number to contact the owner, and cannot find.
If by any chance it has been found on the floor, please can the owner reply with contact details
Many thanks
Karen McLoughlin”

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair was easy to park and when we was eating our meal the heavens opened up and Mark the owner rushed out with a cloth to dry my electric scooter which I had left in an uncovered area . Lovely staff so friendly lovely food . It is our favourite place and often take freinds and family. It's like visiting old friends.”
