Went in on Saturday. The place was very busy. The staff found me a table and apologised that they’re maybe a bit of a wait on food 25 mins later my food came. I really did not think for freshly made food this was very long to wait. I had the salmon and my husband Faggotts. Lovely. We even had pudding. Shropshire lass pudding to die for and the Bakewell was good too. Staff were great and obviously work very hard. Definitely be backVegetarian options: Breakfast. Soups. Sandwiches. Quiche. An interesting cafe, situated just off the beaten track of Church Stretton. A good variety of freshly made food, drinks and cakes, quickly and politely served. Recommended.Wheelchair accessibility: You can bring a wheelchair into the building, but not all of the building is accessable by wheelchair.

Busy cafe with nice little garden outside. Hot day so we sat out. Friendly service, good cake, but menu quite expensive.

Excellent food and service. We had breakfast here twice while staying in Church Stretton. Cannot fault it. Sensible prices, good ingredients, nicely cooked in pleasant surroundings. Also a suppliers list is available if you want to buy some of the imgreients used.

My husband had a cappuccino and said it was the best one he had ever had. It was a scorching hot day so I had a cold drink but was immediately sorry when he said how good his coffee was.

Great finish to a days walking on the Long Mynd! We enjoyed the Shropshire Lass pudding and a scone, clotted cream & strawberry jam in the sunshine in the outside courtyard?. Sorry no photos, as they didn’t last long enough! Great to see multiple gluten free options on the menu as well. Will be coming back…

I haven’t been to Berry’s for a couple of years (at least). My recent visit echoed previous ones - friendly service, great tea and super food. Undoubtedly one of the best tea rooms in England.

My husband & I visited Berrys's to meet up with friends. We had rather a complicated order & kept changing our minds but the lady in charge & her young members of staff handled everything with a smile & a professional attitude. The food when it came was delicious, the meringue was especially yummy! Thank you to all the staff for your hard work & patience. We will come again soon.

Shropshire rarebit was wonderful. Shropshire lass with cassis pudding (like a sticky toffee pudding) was even more wonderful. Manager Sharon and her team were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back there again!

This was a lovely find, a busy little coffee come lunch place to go. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. We had the Shropshire rarebit and Welsh rarebit, absolutely delicious. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

We came for afternoon tea and ordered a pot of tea, milkshakes, scones, and a brownie. The milkshakes were basically fresh fruit blended up and mixed with milk - they were fine. The brownie was semi-stale and had the hallmarks of having been left out for a while (maybe even leftovers from the day before). Apart from being on the more dry side, the scones were good. while they were accompanied with excellent clotted cream, they were clearly trying to save money on the jam - it was cheap and, upon complaining, they gave us the money back for this and stated that they hadn’t yet identified a good supplier. Aside from that, we had a good experience and I would return. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were kind. Maybe their tea stuffs would be on better form next time!

Popped in here having heard and read good things. Unfortunately not as we hoped. Left standing at the door for some time as we observed a sign on the wall saying please wait to be seated. Having sought attention and asked for a table for 3, we asked to be seated at a table of 4 by the entrance but told no and given a table for 4 next to the toilets! Two uneven tables placed together. Onto the food, which arrived reasonably quickly but mine was delivered without the additional bacon that I requested. Scrambled egg was nice but white bread was simple white sliced. Sausages were too well cooked within the egg and sausage sandwich. Has to ask more than once for the bill. Minor point but just thought worth mentioning, who uses plastic table cloths these days? Especially for a supposed breakfast dining experience.

My daughter and I broke our journey from Lancashire to South Wales here – we were looking for tea and scones and found everything we wanted and more! Kind and friendly staff, fair trade/home-made/locally sourced produce, a wonderfully higgledy-piggledy old building with a beautiful, sunny garden to sit in… A proper pot of looseleaf tea with as much extra water as we wanted – home-made scones and strawberry jam - bliss!

Don’t miss Berry’s, rain or shine! Just down an alleyway a few paces - plenty of places to sit and enjoy drink and cakes etc - try courtyard if possible. Never disappoints!
