We had a slice of the Orange jaffa cake which was absolutely fantastic! The coffees were good too! We would recommend this cafe!

What a lovely place, welcoming atmosphere and great attentive service. They were busy and running little behind but the cheerful and friendly waiting staff kept everyone informed and everything was well worth the 15 minute wait ? quiche for me and brunch for my breakfast fussy husband was absolutely perfect. A good strong pot of tea and delightful milkshake made with ice cream. Loved it all.

What a great cafe. We do a Sunday swim with Swimfinity in Ellesmere mere and we have our refuel at the cafe it's fabulous. The brunch is excellent and the hot chocolate is to die for. Just what you need for a refuel after an 3000m swim!3rd Nov 2023 this little cafe just keeps getting better. Totally recommend a visit you will not be disappointed ?Vegetarian options: Vegetarian breakfast with halloumi really lovely

A cold, wet day in Ellesmere, looking for somewhere to get warm and have lunch, we found this gem of a cafe. The atmosphere was at once warm and welcoming, the staff were smiling and friendly. The food was really good and fairly priced, providing a relaxed and enjoyable meal. So glad to have discovered the Cherry Tree and will definitely re-visit whenever we are next in town. 10/10

Such a lovely little cafe to visit on holiday! Staff are lovely, food and drink is great with lots of variety and well priced! As we arrived the cook was just bringing out fresh, warm fruit scones which were delicious!!

Lovely place and lovely people.Although the Cherry Tree Cafe, Ellesemere does not offer any vegan options as such, the staff were very accommodations and "veganised" a baked potatoe for me. A pot of tea with soya milk was no problem at all. There were five in our group and we sat outside, as the road was quiet and the weather good. The cafe is small and layout constrained by size, so groups bigger than four might find it hard to sit together. But if there is a way, I know the lovely staff will find it!We will certainly be returning to this stylish and friendly cafe.Vegetarian options: No problem for veggies, but there are no vegan meal options. However, the staff are very accommodating and "veganised" my meal.

Brilliant little place. To be fair, we take a lot of pleasing, and this place did just that. Breakfast was lovely, hot and warmed plates. And the eggs were cooked perfectly.Vegetarian options: Only tried the veggie breakfast, but it was perfect

Very friendly and gorgeous gluten free citrus cake. I eat gluten but that cake was delicious. Nice latte too. Pity they don’t have a customer toilet.
