Pizzas were really good. Was a bit difficult to find where to collect, it's inside the hotel, through the doors on the right and the kitchen was on the left. They left the pizzas on the side for us to collect so we weren't waiting around.

Order food at 5pm and yet still waiting @ 6:45pm phoned querying it and was told they hadn’t even started our food and that we would still have another 25mins too wait we will see if it even arrives. Poor service and the excuse is it’s the first time but knowing full well it isn’t!

10 minutes late, mushrooms on one that we didn’t order. They phoned half an hour in to say they didn’t have one of the items we ordered. Just abit of a disaster really. Left with food we didn’t want to eatThink you need to state that in the description. Nothing about the name “pepperoni” says mushroom to me but there we go. Why would I want to cancel my order after waiting for half an hour? How has the item been refunded when we paid cash…safe to say we won’t order again

Food is fantastic.....chicken is to die for!, When you can go in and order and there is not a sign saying back in 15 minutes.... Could be a gold mine if there was always someone there to cook and someone else on deliveries. I hope this place does well as the food is unreal!

The pizza tonight was perfect and the same as we have enjoyed previously. Glad we came back and will be back soon. The young lady who served us tonight was very competent and attentive. Best pizza in Ellesmere

Ordered in advance via the website for delivery 17:50 but it arrived at 18:15 pizza and onion rings were cold, call to speak to them and was told it couldn't be cold as they just made it and delivered it and didn't believe me, food wasn't great either won't be ordering again or recommending them either a total disappointment and waste of money.

Great food, the owner is friendly and always greets you with a smile. The food is cheaper and far superior than the competition in the town.
Excellent service and when delivered always on time, the owner is always friendly..The food is lovely, very tasty and really reasonable on price..Would recommend.. Especially the chicken.
