Been several times now and has quickly become a favourite. Quirky, fun decor and surprisingly good food. Can recommend the pizza!

Quirky underground venue with friendly vibes. Wide variety of seating. Got lively on a Saturday night - but a bit loud. Good beer on tap, but they wouldn't set up a tab.

Visited when passing through ellesmere and the drinks were lovely and the staff extra friendly especially when we asked if they had a chess set and brought us all sorts of games..Also the dogs said they had the best ham there.

Visited the Vault bar on a recent holiday week spent at Ellesmere North Shropshire. Rainy Saturday and we were able to bring dogs in. Very quirky bar with loads of seating. Great selection of beers, looked like a good food menu but we didn’t eat. Good friendly bar person.

Visited the Vault in Ellsmere, after mooring the barge on the Shropshire Union canal. We were a group of six and was not disappointed with the choice of wine and beers. Poretti and Wainwright's Gold were excellent choices and very well priced. You could spend all day looking at the quirky items in here and reading the quotes. A fantastic pub all round and well worth a visit if you're in the area. If you've not yet been, you are missing an absolute gem.

Cracking pub with vaulted ceilings and a nice beer garden. Great selection of beers and quirky surroundings. We were on a canal holiday and it had been recommended to us - friendly locals and dog friendly ?
