The food was absolutely outstanding. The downside here was the meal felt very rushed, as in the main came 10 mins after the starter which was disappointing. Only one choice of bottled lager, Peroni, which could also do with expanding.

Amazing food from start to finish. This place really has got it right. Superb quality produce and a fantastic chef and at fairly reasonable prices. The pasta starter and the lamb for main was standout also the desert was fabulous can’t wait to come again

We visited Bistro 7 after reading the positive reviews on trip advisor and are so glad that we did. The restaurant itself is cosy and tastefully decorated. The staff were all friendly and polite, giving us plenty of time to decide what we wanted (there were too many delicious sounding choices). From where we were sat, we could also see into the kitchen where the chefs were all working tirelessly to deliver outstanding food. Myself and my husband ordered starters (pigeon and ravioli), mains (steak and halibut) and also couldn't resist a dessert (tiramisu). Every dish was faultless and delicious. We wish we lived closer to this restaurant and can't recommend more highly for anyone visiting Ludlow.

Had my 80th birthday celebration at Bistro 7. The whole occasion was a most enjoyable experience. Food was as pre ordered and excellent and served beautifully. All 9 of us were very impressed, and James, the chef and manager was an excellent host. ?

Wonderful varied menu, delicious food and lovely service.
Went to this restaurant during a short stay in Ludlow, what a lovely restaurant it is, we were greeted in a friendly manner and shown to our table, the menu was very good, and we were spoiled for choice, my Husband had the Halibut and I had the Duck main courses they were both delicious, the deserts were just a delicious, panna cotta and creme brulee, we would definitely recommend this restaurant and will go again next time we are in Ludlow.

We went with friends all in Ludlow for a sporting occasion. There were six of us. The menu was extensive, and we all had three courses with very little repetition among our group. Without exception we all rated each course as being of exceptional standard. There wasn’t a single item that failed to please, which must be highly unusual. The service was also well paced and friendly. The restaurant seemed nearly full on our visit, so to produce consistently good food, accommodating all of our choices was a great endorsement of the abilities of the staff. Well done and we will certainly be back

Booked a few weeks ago, based on our previous visit a year ago. So good last time and really so very good again. Absolutely divine food. Every part of it utterly faultless. I had halibut and my husband beef stroganoff. Rich and tasty flavours, clearly top quality ingredients expertly cooked and served. Delivered on every front. Perhaps the best food we’ve enjoyed int he uk. Really…..that good.
