Paid for a toastie through the Costa app. When I arrived I learnt that the exact toastie wasn't in stock so they offered a substitute which was fine. The issue is that they were unable to refund the £1.45 price difference. Instead claiming I have to contact "to good to go" which isn't even related to Costa.It's okay to admit that you don't know how to process a refund or direct me towards it. Better that then dismiss the customer with lies.

I love my local branch as the staff are lovely and are able to cope with the rush hour business challenges like true professionals.Also they make time to chat to their regular customers which is great.I'm a big fan & always clear my tray to help them.They keep this branch spotless.I think they deserve praise and recognitionwithin the company.Well done team!! ??❤️?️??

Coffee was nice. Staff and service was polite and efficient. Room seemed cold and lacking atmosphere.

Large family group met for coffee and hot chocolate. We enjoyed the flavoured hot chocs and lattes.
Service was extremely slow. The manager not helpful/polite etc., food was not good. Will not be going back. Put me off Costa for life.
