Ordered food from here tonight, and we've had a terrible experience, and not for the first time, however I like to give people another chance when rectified, like it was before.Tonight the restaurant rang us to state the delivery was more than they usually charge us, giving the reason of our postcode, however this also differed from the advertised amount. Then they ring us and were incredibly rude to us, after they had sent the delivery driver to completely the wrong place, wasn't even close to where we live. Our address was clear on the order, and the same as where we have ordered to in the past. Which previously hasn't been a problem. The food was delivered two hours after we ordered, and we ordered as soon as Oruna opened. As a result the food was very cold when we managed to eat it, which is unfortunate because it probably would have tasted nice.Completely flabbergasted and disappointed at our experience tonight. I'd recommend the staff not making prices up as they go along, and not being rude to paying customers who are not being rude to you. Also don't charge more for a service than is advertised.

Avoid. Ordered at 5:30 pm and keep being lied to about delivery. Still waiting now at 8 pm Late every time but this is just beyond belief

Me my partner went amazing valtinnes candle light diner beautiful music was played by the valion person very fast on food and friendly food was best I had jet I had chicken korma with was lovely and creamy out came a light up fruit bowl the colours were amazing and smoke made it ever so romantic thank you for lovely night will go back agin

First time using this restaurant. Went on line to order, turned up to collect, was given a drink while I waited. Food was absolutely perfect. Next time we will come and visit and sit in for a meal. Very very good.

I have to say that this restaurant is at the top of their game! Everything from service to delivery was absolutely fantastic! I have now had 3 takeaways/delivery from here- if you have never been, you absolutely must try it! You wint be disappointed as its absolutely the best food and service in all my years of ordering, I wouldn't go anywhere else as its that good! I'd give 10 stars if I could ! Dave- marchamley

Ten of us shared a family meal here on Wednesday evening during a family holiday. It’s the first time any of us have eaten here and I would unreservedly recommend it. The staff were polite and very accommodating. One of my pet hates is that restaurant food is often lukewarm - The food here was served piping hot and was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!
