THE FALCON IS OPEN!!! The residents of Hinstock Village have pulled together to save The Falcon having successfully applied for an Asset of Community Value. This place has been refurbished to an incredible standard and is back open for drinking. This is a wonderful pub, with a great range of ales, wines and spirits. Dogs welcome and a very friendly reception. So proud that the village has a pub again.

What can I say best meal I've had! Food was cooked to absolute perfection. Chicken with peppercorn sauce, delightful! The service was great, lovely staff! Definitely recommend this place, you are missing out on a culinary delight if you haven't been. Kudos to the chef and all the staff!! Looking forward to my next visit already.

After a disappointing meal a couple of years ago we have tried the Falcon again several times over the last couple of weeks.Have to say what a massive improvement, the burger meal in the week was very good and after trying their Sunday lunch would now highly recommend.Great to see a chef taking feedback on board and now producing top quality nosh!

We have just tonight had a wonderful dinner for my daughter and son in laws 25th wedding anniversay.The Owners,chief,and staff were brilliant. They went out of their way to accomodate 26 of us. The food was delicious beautifully presented with generous portions and the service was excellent the staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.We all had a memorable evening so thankyou so much.We will happily recommend this Inn to everyone it's now going to be our favourite eating place.
