First time in a Joules pub and it won't be the last. Food and beer really good. I had the beef shin and cheek and to wash it down Joules pale ale. It's a shame I was driving it went down well.

Great local pub with a lovely atmosphere. The monthly quiz night is an absolute must and a great way to get together with friends. Not just your usual pen and paper quiz, it is very interactive and good fun. Food is delicious and served by a great team. We won a couple of brewery tour tickets so looking forward to sampling their brewed in-house ales.

Can't rate the food cos we had beer & coffee. But coffee came with scrummy little ginger bread man each. Cheese board sounded amazing, but we arrived too late for food on the day we visited. The beer is awsome. Board games available to play, we sat in beautiful medieval beamed part of the building. Could happily have stayed much longer, but would probably need carrying home

Beer was fine service good but why oh why do they not advertise the bands? Paul Parker is a amazing talent and there were 6 people listening including my 91 years old Dad. We had a great night but felt so sorry for the band ?????.

Called in for lunch on Sat. We were early but they fitted us in no problem. It great to fond some where that lets dogs in. Top food and a nice pint of blonde. We will
Fab meal, beautiful interior, lovely, helpful staff. Would recommend.Vegetarian options: Spicy bean burger, absolutely delicious!
