Atmosphere and customer service are always fantastic and the staff are brilliant. Food itself was tasty and fresh and served quickly and hot. Only downfall is, the last 2 occasions I have had the same meal but asked for something removed off the dish… and on both occasions it has still came with it on. Maybe something to consider for possible allergens!
Nothing bad could be said about the red house, me and a friend had gone out for lunch on Tuesday 18th march and we were sat at table 205 and the two waitresses which we had looking after us were absolutely wonderful in every way praise to them for their amazing costumer service extremely polite and helpful in telling us what was available and other alternatives, they were very accommodating, the food was prepared to perfection I have no faults in it whatsoever and the service wait times was impeccable we were barely waiting for anything and every time we had wanted a refill on a beverage they were straight over and were just on top of it all, the setting in which the restaurant had was beyond beautiful it was such a lovely clean environment with everything to offer, the atmosphere was exquisite the volume of music was just right and you had many tables seeming to be loving the time they were spending, this was mainly an effect from the lovely staff there to help. the food as well is extremely well priced for the quality of it.I will be recommending the red house to all family and friends as I could not fault it in anywayParking: the parking is very easy to find and they have plenty of free spaces when we were there it is very accessible and extremely close to the main entrance

Called in for food without a booking and got seated straight away. Lovely atmosphere and our server Mir was very pleasant, good fun, polite and helpful. The food was nice but could have been improved.
