Went here on a day trip once, the princes were nice and cheap and the latte was lovely the staff was also very polite

The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, they were overwhelmed and slow. We ordered 2 simple drinks, a caramel latte and a white hazelnut americano, both wrong. The Americano came black and the latte came with hazelnut. Didnt notice until we had left the store. Costa need to hire better staff, who know what they are doing and are confident when busy. If we weren't busy then we would've gone back and got it corrected.

Pretty dire place. Tables full of used cups etc. Apparently not enough staff! Us poor customers pay for this! And to add insult no loo paper. But hey dirty tables but don’t forget to keep your masks on !

Costa do not advertise luke warm coffee on their menu. Also on the egg mayonnaise sandwich I bought they did not advertise egg shell (or grit) as part of the contents on the packaging. There may be lots of people looking for these items but not visiting Costa as they are not aware that Costa offer these. Though as I did not want either of these items I purchased I feel that they should reduce the price for people who want hot coffee or are not partial to crunchy particles in an egg mayonnaise sandwich. Overall very poor for non meat eaters.
