TL;DR: Extremely dissatisfied with a kebab shop's service—2-hour delivery time, excessively salty food, unhelpful customer service, and a rude driver.I'm absolutely livid and thoroughly displeased with the service from this kebab shop. It took an astonishing 2 hours to deliver our order – for kebabs! The food turned out excessively salty, and despite making four calls, the response was consistently unhelpful. Initially promised in 40 minutes, we patiently waited. However, after chasing them at 1 hour and 20 minutes, they claimed an additional 15 minutes. Subsequent follow-ups at 1 hour and 40 minutes assured us that the food had left the store and would arrive in 5 minutes. After two more chases and a request for a refund (denied), we finally received the order. When we questioned the food's temperature, the driver's attitude was appalling. Despite this horrendous experience, he insisted it was the best shop in town with a rude tone. Unbelievable!

After 2 hours of waiting I’ve been told “Busy shop is a good shop”. Not sure if 2 hours of waiting is good even for a busy shop, could’ve get 3 course meal in the restaurant instead and takeaway supposed to be FAST good…

We are new to the area and we have had couple of different meals from the kebab house and we cannot fault it at all, staff are friendly, polite, the food is hot and fresh and good portion sizes. Highly recommend

All food is tasty. We tried kebab and pizza. Lovely ☺️ Easy to order on the phone while you are on the way to the place.The only thing - please, prepare the cash, it is good to know. But it's definitely worth it.
