Starting with a positive it’s usually clean, tidy & well presented but there are a couple of members of staff who are rude and the pastries are always cold whenever I go in, I understand you can’t reward themBut at least make us aware before paying that they’re cold or tell me which ones are warm as I’m get to get a warm/Hot one to date! Really disappointed!

Clean and nice , I asked the lady at the Greggs to heat my pizza , an she said sorry no. I said okay this is last time I eat from here. I can't imagine is that hard to put the 2slices of pizza in the oven ? Or she just cannot be arsed.

Good ol Greggs shop here on Church street, Oswestry.Very clean, lots of inside tables and has all the Greggs food, coffee and drinks as you would expect.Needed a "sausage roll" fix and their sausage rolls always deliver on taste and freshness....Very friendly and welcoming staff, cheers all!

Oswestry Monday October 12th.Bought hot chocolate at 3.45. mud colour, tasted of nothing. Took it back.Told it comes through the machine ????Given another one. Same mud colour/taste.Suggest you recalibrate your machine to give a decent cup of chocolate.Will not be returning.

Clean greggs with Freindly staff. How are you meant to read the menu sign behind the counter??? Needed binoculars to read it!!
