Visited last weekend. Great idea of having an option to have a little bit of everything on the menu as I usually stick to the same order (boneless buffalo and blue!) but was great to try the halloumi, the burger and the wings. Everything cooked to perfection - didn’t want it to end ?‍? Service fab, very reasonably priced and they even put a takeaway together for us to take home for the babysitter! Can’t wait to return ❤️

Was very excited for our house of wingz and the team did not disappoint! We both had a great night and the food was amazing as per usual! Shawn and the team provide the best service and create a fantastic atmosphere which adds to the dining experience Can’t wait to come back!

Wow what an amazing restaurant to end up in at the end of my daughter's hen party. We had the whole restaurant to your selves having booked it with the proprietor prior to the hen.We asked for a theme Kevin and Perry. We certainly got that from our own customised cocktail menu to even personalised glasses. The food was delicious.I thought the price for a cocktail and food was very generous an all in package £13 each.Well worth a visit would recommend. One happy Mother of the Bride

Visited here with a friend to sample the much talked about wing experience! Oh my days the food was unbelievable. Highly recommend the wings with buffalo and blue cheese sauce. And of course the world famous dessert ;-) Staff were fab and spent time chatting to us which is always a plus in my eyes. Well done House of Wingz, now please come to Aber!

Well what a great experience, food was amazing, staff super friendly staff, well worth a visit. Having never been to the area before they were so inviting, just like being at home. Go buy some chicken and trust the process.

We went to join a family birthday evening meal (8 people) at House Of Wingz on 13th May 2022 and were all up for a bit of al fresco dining of the down to earth, informal sort. The young team was friendly, the small upstairs room of the restaurant quirky and cosy and we got off to a good start. Sadly, from the moment we placed our order things went down-hill rapidly: We did not mind the restriction of the prior to attendance agreed ‘burger only meal’ (happy to keep things simple) and £15 per person as ‘special deal’ per meal including the first drink seemed a fair price. The sad reality set in when we all received our burgers with rather sparse fillings and a minute amount of French fries - more resembling the size of a starter than the one of a main course. Sauces were served in tiny plastic dishes to share between all diners - again portions were rather on the mean side. One member of our party had a gluten-allergy and was offered cauliflower as alternative to the burger meal - no fuss was made and the offer accepted. The gluten-free option arrived 20 minutes after the other guests had received their meals and was covered in a sauce that contained the allergen, so it had to be returned. Apologies were made and the replacement portion delivered yet another 20 minutes later. It consisted of three minute, steamed florets of cauliflower on a handful of french fries. Had we not been there to celebrate our friend’s 21st birthday, I most certainly would have challenged the kitchen at this stage. We had to ask to receive napkins, which surely should be provided outright with finger food. When the birthday cream cake (provided by our party) was carried in, we were again left without napkins and without plates and had to fetch these from the kitchen ourselves. On the subject of drinks: A very basic selection. I opted for the chocolate milk shake, which in the daytime cafe (run by Liar Liar excellently) is an amazing drink. Sadly, the shake that was served with my meal was nothing like the real thing and resembled a glass of milk without any chocolate flavour, possibly one teaspoon of chocolate powder had been added, hardly noticeable. When we left, we felt rather deflated, paid our £15 per person, which was a cheek to charge for what we had received, and decided to opt for other restaurants in future. In resumé, a sad experience, as the young staff was kind but very obviously lacking in experience in service provision and cooking skills. The quality of the food was not great but to offer boiled cauliflower as gluten-free meal was a terrible let-down for our dietary challenged friend. I am sorry to say that we will not return and recommend instead Shrewsbury’s amazing pizza place ‘Dough & Oil’ that is also run by a very young but extremely capable team of people who know how to make a simple, no fuss meal a very satisfying experience for the diner on a small budget!

We visited house of wings for my mates stag do and we were very well looked after. From booking to the night we attended the communication was great and the Service was brilliant. We were a group of 20 and they decided to provide some sharing platters so we could taste all the different offerings, this was great and everything was spot on. The drinks and cocktails also went down well and the service and welcome we received from all the staff was brilliant. Highly recommend a visit if you are in Oswestry and looking for some tasty food in a nice environment in the centre of town.
