The food was quite burnt, there were no sauces available to put with my order and the portion sizes are worse than that of a london corner shop.The staff were very rude, condescending and inadmissible chaps. They have no care for their customers or how they're viewed by the community.Generally in the store at first glance it looked like a decent place to stop and order some food, however, upon arrival it is clearly well overdue for a deep cleaning in the store, there is nowhere in the shop that felt like a sanitary place to stand.Overall, Pizza Bella has been a huge disappointment for the community and should be doing much better with their customers.

Had pizza few weeks ago was a right state I ordered extra cheese on pizza not on the box the owners responded with u shouldn't of asked for extra cheese since then I refuse 2 order from here the way he treats customers is a disgrace buck up ur ideas it's not good way to run a business just saying

Yesterday I bought Pizza from pizza Bella first time just to change the taste. But TBH i don't know why It was the Baddest pizza in my life. I was not able to eat more than one bite. It was so smelly. maybe the cheez was expired or i don't know but he smell was very bad. It felt very bad to waste the food. but unfortunately i was not able to eat this. hopefully you will improve the quality of pizza.

Had two great pizzas from here,beautifully cooked. Didn't have to wait too long for them and at a good price. Very pleased.
We generally get a large order and it's all done correctly. All made to order and piping hot when we collect. Shame they don't deliver to four Crosses ?

The pizza was fine but the service was terrible. Not only did they not deliver because they couldn’t find my house (every sat nav has been able to) and the phone they called me on had nothing on the receiving end. I answered every call but no sound and my signal is absolutely fine. Then, when I called to politely check, I was shouted at and made to feel as though it was my fault and ended up in tears. I won’t be using this place again.

The woman who has been there a while is doing a great job but it felt uneasy with a bloke standing at the back and just watching people work. Just didn't seem nice.
