Unfortunately the eye wateringly expensive significantly detracts from enjoying the experience/productParking: Very awkward parking road layout

Used to have great staff with a. Good knowledge of how to make a coffee and hot chocolate, unfortunately the hot chocolates taste like dirty dishwater, and the coffee grounds is either burnt or the milk is.Used to come weekly, but will not return now. Greggs coffee is better, and that's saying something.Dietary restrictions: Not very helpful with dairy intolerances

I hate coffee, but love buying it for my wife! It costs a small fortune to regularly surprise her with a Starbucks- but worth it to see her face light up.

Reasonable quick service at the drive through. There was no queue but was still waiting for ten minutes. Think it was quite busy inside. The chai latte was lovely but the sausage bap was quite cold by the time I received it and tasted bland. Overall it was a good

came here today around rush hour, was served by a girl (didnt catch the name) , she was very rude whilst taking my order, didnt even greet me with a hello just grunted after i said my order. she then stood there gossiping with a colleague who both seemed to be giggling and looking back at me as if they were talking badly of me. then after around 10 minutes i finally got my drink, that would be understandable if busy but the store wasnt busy so that was an insane amount of time to wait for a latte! she didnt wish me a good day or say thankyou, just slammed it on the counter and said latte. i specifically asked for oat milk and it wasnt on the sticker so she also made my drink wrong. however by that time i was running late and didnt want to deal with her rudeness again so just left as it wasnt worth it. wont be returning!

I used to really enjoy Starbucks. But that was before they became all about the drive thru and started completely neglecting the -cafe experience.Oswestry is probably one of the worst (or best) examples of this. Generally, the wait the at counter is about 5-10 mins to order and then about the same to get your drink, because cars win prizes. The interior is tatty and the attitude from the staff is off the chart.Sad really Starbucks used to market themselves as "the third place", they're probably not even third place any more.

Initial order was taken perfectly, when I got the drink it had been made completely wrong. Had to be remade, still missed one of the customisations.

Staff didn't care very much.. Had to wait a long time just to get a drink.. Even had to remind them..

Called this morning at 6.50am polite girl took my order which I have most days, drove to the window to pay, they took my 10 pound note, there was no one in the shop or behind me in the drive through, a guy then asked me to wait in the lay-by which I refused saying that no one is behind me I will wait here, he then told me what was my problem, and told me they have some 3 minute window, even when no one was there, because I said I would wait there he then threatened me saying they didnt have to serve me, at this point they still had not given me my change, you seriously need to sort your problems out there, if my staff dealt with customers this way they would be sacked, a complaint is going to central office later today.

Needed two tea bags in the tea and it still looked awful! Still it's handy to meet up with people here.

Had the misfortune to call in here ,the girl doing drinks (Georgia)has the worst attitude, asked for 1/2 ice and got the regular amount ,when I questioned her she was talking on headset,so I waited and got told "I only put a small amount in .Then came the attitude.trew the drink down the sink ,made a fresh one.boy she needs to have a rethink of career,if that pisses you off ?

Rubbish, too expensive and drinks delivered at vastly different times. If you prepare an order then it should be ready at the same time.
