The sandwich is always a mess. The staff always put less ingredients than tue sub should have. Mega meat must have 8 meatballs on footlong and 4 slices of ham. They serve 4 meatballs and 2 slices. Just trying to get more profit and scamming people.Terrible service.

Young girl served me only served me once before and got part the order wrong asked for Italian bread given tiger bread. This time she gave me the wrong bread again hearty Italian this time instead of normal Italian which wouldnt of bother me only it came with several pieces of hair in tuna. Dont think ill be going back in a hurry

The shop has just gone downhill, I’ve been there twice recently and had rubbish experiences both time. Been spoken rather rudely too by the manager. And last week was served FROZEN chicken. I then took this back to the shop for the manager to put a probe in a piece of chicken and then tell me it was not frozen. When it most certainly was. I told her to pick it up and tell me it’s not frozen. She then offered me a new portion of chicken, which i definitely did not want, not of the same batch anyway!Sandwiches came scrambled, bread ripped etc. no crisps out either!I have previously worked in subway myself many years back and it was never as bad as this. I won’t be returning to the Oswestry store.

We arrived at 5-27pm wanting to order a single 6 inch sub. Four people were at the counter and as I joined them, a server told me to leave that they close at 5-30pm. I tried to point out that even by their clock it wasn't that time yet but was ordered out. We will never return and recommend others treat the store the same, avoid it.

I had to call at Subway because it was the only place open. Doubtless it is like any other Subway. It was clean & hygienic & the staff were perfectly good, bur foodwise - never again!
