We requested to order our meals at the till, only to be told card payments had to be made at the filthy self service kiosks. My wife and I declined and went to Waitrose. While eating our delightful sandwiches, we observed a lady approach the till and be served by card at the counter. My wife and I are not of English descent, but the lady who was granted service was... Not that I’m assuming the latter statement is of ANY relevance, but you’ve employed some questionable staff at this location BK. Back to the beautifully diverse 21st century London we go.

Avoid at all costs. Rude staff especially the short mixed race girl with braids, needs sacking. Unable to order at the tills for no apparent reason except the staff couldn’t be bothered to take orders. Food was also shocking. If you want a new job hun then get one.

Fish Tank
Food has always been nice however service has always been quite slow due to the lack of staff and high demand of customers. Prices are higher than usual because it's at a Welcome Break and one just a mile away can be alot cheaper. Have had problems with the self service in the past however staff have sorted it and gave us a discount for the incovenience in the past so props given where due.
Fresh chips and Plenty of space for seating :) good staff!!!

Quick stop on route to love2stay, they served us really quick, food was hot and well presented. The young man on till was very polite. We sat in our caravan in the car park to eat to help stay away from potential infections as the services were very busy.

We stopped here this evening and was so pleased with the service off the lady there we are writing this review. So nice to come across happy and smiley genuine lovely people. She really made our day. We didn't catch her name but she was on the serving till at around 7.10pm. Food was surprisingly good too. Thank you ?

Used the drive through today, it must be the slowest drive through in the area and always has been.\\nI understand they have a limited menu which is acceptable, but not to get a 3 meal order right is not on.\\nThere were no onion rings but an extra portion of chips.\\nCome on, it is not difficult to make sure what is ordered matches what goes in to the bag.
