Firstly I have been going to Jaspers for years and always enjoyed my time there, although last night was something else and I won't be returning.One particular barmaid was extremely rude and honestly it was disgusting how she spoke to myself and surrounding customers. She made myself and friends feel uncomfortable. I asked politely for my drink and she firstly put it in a half pint glass and when I asked again politely for a little more lemonade her response was rude and she refused. As I paying customer this is not OK.As someone who works in Customer service I appreciate busy shifts but her attitude and customer service skills were shocking.

A great pub , decent beer selection, lots of comfortable seating & also a covered terrace area at the rear to watch the passing trains.

We were a group with a young girl with us.this pub was so friendly .I loved the decor did not know where to sit .we sat on the balcony lots of different seats to use.toilets clean .Kid-friendliness: So welcoming great staff.loads of parking available and outdoor seating
