“There’s nothing that makes customers feel more valued than stepping through the door, waiting in line - and seeing their order (large Latte) being brewed before they’ve even spoken!! Such is my experience at Oakengates where I visit about 2-3 mornings a week. Tracy (my personal ‘brewer’ as I see her most often) is such a lovely woman, always cheery no matter how dark, dull and dismal the weather (or my day). Note: there is no room to eat in at this branch but there are 3 benches outside if you don’t like eating on the hoof. A lovely place to go.”

“First time entering since the refurbishment into the old Timpson. There’s now seating available for the first time since prior to COVID, USB and plug sockets, new equipment in the kitchen and the rotting wood on the exterior was all fixed up. A very big improvement.

EDIT: Toilet was out of order and has been for a few months looking at another review on this page. After so long and a new refurbishment, why hasn’t this been sorted?
