Just WOW!!Our first visit for our anniversary and we were greeted by lovely staff and shown to a table upstairs with a lovely view overlooking the restaurant. The food was stunning, not one criticism at all! It's so nice to have more interesting menu options like venison, pigeon and pheasant. We were offered complimentary tasters between courses which was a lovely addition. The staff were very attentive and timings were spot on. I can't wait to go back! This is the best Indian food I’ve had in Telford. The food is delicious, tasty, beautiful. The service is exceptional. They said if I felt my dish was too garlicky for me, they would cook another one. So kind. All the staff are friendly, welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. Price of food is great value for money. I recommend my food to anyone, poppadoms with beautiful colourful dips, chicken tikka starter, my companion had chilli paneer. Yummy! I had a main of North Indian garlic chilli chicken, was so tasty, we shared rice and we had a Naan each. My friend had a curry of lamb made to their liking. Tell them your likes and dislikes because nothing is too much trouble. I will be returning!

We came in yesterday for my son's 13th birthday as he wanted to go for dinner with his friends. There were 9 of us altogether and the staff were super sweet about sitting the 6 teens at a booth and myself, my husband, and my daughter at a table close by. They kindly allowed us to bring in a cake which they held in the back for us and brought out after we'd all finished eating. The member of staff who took our order was really patient and sweet even though I was having to order for so many, she didn't seem irritated or impatient with me at all. The food order came to less than we were expecting and had budgeted for, and the portions were really great sizes, we all left very satisfied. The wait staff were really kind and attentive, came and took our plates when we were done and again were lovely about the sheer amount of us. The staff then put the candles and topper on the cake and brought it out for us whilst singing happy birthday, and brought over some smaller plates with spoons and a knife so that I could cut and serve the cake for us all. The staff were also really sweet and talking to us about my son and his birthday, said kind things about him and his friends, and were generally just super friendly. My husband and I both agreed that it was an amazing experience and that we would absolutely go back, and my son and his friends all said they loved the food and had a great time - even one friend was a vegetarian and he said he was pleased with the vegetarian options considering it is a chicken restaurant. Overall, we will absolutely be back again and will be recommending to friends to visiting Nandos Telford. Its not my first experience in a Nandos by a long way, but it was definitely the best experience I've had. Thank you.Vegetarian options: There's a beanie burger/wrap/pitta option, imitator chicken options, tofu options, definitely a good range of options if you have a member in your party who can't/doesn't eat meat.Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old daughter was with us and had a wrap meal with my chips, I ordered it extra mild as she doesn't like spice, and she really enjoyed it. She didn't finish it as the portion is large, but for the price I'm not complaining. She left happy with a full tummy and that's the most important thing!

Best Western Valley Hotel

Had a 1 night stay here along with 2 colleagues for a meeting and a meal.Cannot fault this hotel, clean, super friendly staff, amazing meal and a great location as there is no mobile signal so you can actually get some peace and quiet.

The Water Rat Inn

A lovely pub, on the river and just a short walk into Ironbridge. Staff were great, we were the last booking of the day and the service was exceptional. Food was very nice and reasonably priced (2 courses for £20). Big car park; dog friendly; lovely setting and building. Hope to be back in summer to enjoy the beer garden! Highly recommended!!

I have been a regular at this pub now for 2 1/2 years after returning back to Telford. Many of the pub goers are not only acquaintances but petsonal friends. A true testament to the quality of people who go there as well as the excellent bar staff and a great selection of beers. Rowton Breweries always look after there regulars and welcome new ppl.

The pheasant Inn is a must visit pub for lovers of hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. Featured in the good beer guide It was the reason we called in, and we were glad we did. Is there an excellent range of real ales on offer, And a good choice of other beers, lagers and cider. The pleasant staff and friendly locals made us feel very welcome. Is a great pub highly recommended.Parking: There is plenty of street parking near the pub.

The New Dun Cow Bar & Grill

Went to the New Dun Cow for "mothers Day" . What a fantastic meal we had as z family of 5. I have never really eaten curries but the butter chicken was to die for and they adjust the heat to your liking. The other meals were also excellent and portion sizes were large so much so that we took a doggie bag home. Considering the size of the meals they were very reasonably priced. Recommend and will definitely be returning.

Taste of the food is great.. service is very nice as well.. they are happy to prepare whatever curry u would like.. I recently placed a big order with them & they delivered promptly on time... various options are available from snacks to curries to parathas to traditional sweets, all authentic taste.. but only takeaway, no dining in.. so far this is the best Indian cuisine take away I have found in TelfordParking: As this is situated right in the Wellington town centre, parking is a bit difficult. There are a few on street parking spots right outside the shop, but they are usually full.. another option is the 3 council free parkings which are at walking distance from the shop
