Nice and tidy rooms! We've stayed in a twin room that was very tidy and clean. Very comfortable mattresses. Clean bathroom.Very friendly and helpful breakfast manager, Nicky, who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was as we liked. She accommodated all my dietary requirements and made me feel welcome.Also, very professional and helpful Lee from the Reception. I know it's not easy to accommodate dietary requirements,but he made sure I'll have everything ready for my breakfast today.Thank you for making our stay enjoyable:)Things to improve: toiletries options in a bathroom and tea selection in the room:)

Stayed in the Car park at one of the the Best Western Hotels, The Valley Hotel at Ironbridge in Telford. A couple of night stops. We used their facilities, buffet breakfasts and evening dinner. Wonderful staff. Chris was super efficient. Also Carly the young waitress, they stood out. But all the staff were absolutely brilliant. So polite professional and accommodating. Would certainly go back and highly recommend. £10 per night but redeemed for breakfast. So much to see in this area

Lovely meal ( Sunday ) lunch in Jackfield room. Would recommend.Can't say anything about rooms as we were only visiting the area for the day.
Room was adequate plus - everything you needed . small room but everything was tidy and beautifully clean and only down side was the shower / not good at all spotlessly clean but a bit flimsy and not good at holding temperatures but it worked

Nicely located hotel good value for money, we were upgraded to an executive room upon arrival which was nice. Ten minutes from village centre which has lots of eateries n pubs etc. Didnt eat at hotel so unable to comment on this. Large free car park is also a bonus.

We always feel so looked after at the Valley Hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and the level of service is impeccable. Everyone is friendly, cheerful, attentive and professional (without being stuffy). The food is fabulous - imaginative, very attractive and tasty. Great selection of wine too. The Barr is cosy and welcoming, and opens up onto lovely gardens and a walk along the river to town. We can’t wait to return.
