Visited again on Saturday. Never disappointed. Service was spot on! We had the strawberry banana waffle with extra Bueno, Oreo cookie dough and hot chocolate. Very delicious

Went there last week they don't do any gluten free dessert. Their coffee machine wasn't working. So disappointed.

Called in Friday Evening for a pre cinema treat, we were one of only three occupied tables waited for 35mins with no service so left.

Huge portions, very very friendly staff, going the extra mile. Every time when we are in mood of an ice-cream or gofre we go there. And we live 34 miles away!

If ever they had full stock of menu selections I’m sure Creams would be great. 3 times trying and as usual a long list of non-availability.
I went there with my daughters twice now and love it. So I took my niece to try today. Staff told me they stop serving for half an hour with no explanation. I only wanted 2 scoops of ice cream to go! Then another staff came out with a hand writing sigh said Not serving until 17:30. It was only 16:10 at that time, don't seem like half an hour after all. Very disappointed. Won't go back there again.

Had got hardly and products on sale when we went in for an ice-cream for my daughter.... Was no one in front of us at the counter but stood waiting to be welcomed or even acknowledged for over 5 minutes so in the end we just walked out.... Very poor service, with the staff definitely needing some customer service training...

food was good but they gave our food out at separate times and i was done 20 minutes before my friends food came. it’s a shame i had to eat it cold as i was waiting for said friends crepe for so long..
