Ordered: Sausage and Omelette Breakfast Roll - Was cold, the Egg was ice cold, not even warm. The Bacon and Sausage Breakfast Roll - Was cold and no HP sauce, two tiny sausages on video reviews on Youtube I have seen people have 4?The + Special Offer: Hash Browns - Was were it really got special. It was burnt to a crisp charcoal edges and solid crunch all the way through. Could not eat it and had to throw the two away.Would not order again, waste of money.

I visit this store at least twice a week and it’s a delight stepping through the door because their customer service is exceptional. Nothing makes regular customers feel more valued than staff who remember their order (large Latte) and when it’s pouring whilst you’re still in the queue (and before you’ve spoken a word to the staff!), THAT’S what makes me return - plus Myles and his team are always so friendly to everyone. What a great place.

Ordered from here at 6:50am and it was accepted straight away via just eat. It was then on preparing order for over 1 hour, eventually it said driver assigned and arrived at 8:25 with everything cold. Don't accept the order if you're busy, I also have complained to just eat who of an order over £13 offered £5 back. Either this place is too busy or just eat haven't got enough drivers, or even both! Won't order from here again sorry.

Ordered off uber eats .missing drinks..rang the shop as uber eats customer service is shocking.Staff member dropped drinks to my house .Customer service amazing. I didn't get the man's name but I am very grateful you dropped my lucozades off .I am feeling pretty ill at the moment and I needed them .many thanks
Lodes of my order was missing and staff is very rude at it took 15 minutes for one tea is so shutpid never coming back .

Can you make some space for deliveries drivers bags? They putting their dirty food bags on top of tables. Is someone cleaning them after? Haven’t seen that.

Ordered a breakfast at 9:50, then at 11:14 my order was cancelled!!!! Not happy. Would've liked to have known it wasn't going arrive before waiting nearly an hour and half
